If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, WarriorOne will provide you with an exchange or repair within the guidelines outlined below.
- All exchanges and repairs must be accompanied with proof of purchase and must be received within 60 days of purchase.
- For an exchange, the item must be in resalable condition I.E. Original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in the original packaging and the item is unworn.
- Please include your name, email and postal address with all exchanges and repairs. We will contact you upon the receipt of your returned goods to process your exchange or repair.
- WarriorOne will not reimburse postage costs for returned items, unless the item is faulty.All exchanges and repairs should be sent to 299 Moray Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, Australia.
WarriorOne offers a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 for orders shipped within Australia and $25 for orders shipped internationally. For all orders over $200, we will waive the shipping fees.
Orders are sent via Australia Post within Australia and should be received within 1-5 working days. International orders are sent via air mail and should be received within 10-15 working days. WarriorOne accepts no responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply within the destination country.
